Coming out of Covid, Dettol sales had plummeted worldwide. We needed to shift the conversation from fighting germs to protecting the ones you love. To launch a new 2 in 1 spray that was safe for surfaces and hands we had to remind people of the simple moments they are able to enjoy worry-free. This ran to huge success in Australia and New Zealand, changing the brand perception of Dettol along the way.
